Scheduling Changes

Session days and times are set by agreement.

Any change should be coordinated at least 12 hours before the session. If the request is too late and no new time is available, the session may be counted.

Cancellations

Up to three cancellations are allowed in the course.

To cancel a session, notice should be given at least 12 hours before class. After the allowed number is used, or if notice is late, the session is counted.

Tardiness

Late arrival reduces class time.

If a student arrives late, the missed time is deducted from the class. The session still ends at the planned time.

Preparation

Assignments help students improve faster.

Preparation and follow-up tasks are important. They help students build stronger communication skills and get better results from the course.

Video Activation

Students should keep the camera on during class.

This supports better interaction, clearer communication, and stronger learning quality during the lesson.

Study Environment

A laptop and a quiet place are preferred.

For the best learning experience, Ocean Vision recommends joining from a laptop and choosing a place with as little distraction and noise as possible.
